It is folk art and I like it...

Here's a picture of my scrummy charity shop chicken in amongst some plants, which may or may not die. According to L this is the way of our garden, loads of pot plants in variable states of health. Like the left hand side two though as they are thyme and oregano (I think but who knows really!)

Hi Bev, thought I'd pop on over and say hi! Had a good ol read through, this Cath Kidson seems to be a big thing in England, I've seen her mentioned on quite a few English blogs!
ps left comment at mine too.

Thanks Nora, and Moonspinner.
Yes, Cath Kidston a big thing here in UK - though suspect with recession might not do quite as well...clothes are good though now.

I love your little chicken! So much easier to keep than the pecking kind.... I think he's Portugese.

Thanks very much for popping over and entering my giveaway. I've just had a bit of a look through your blog and I'm enjoying your style. I agree about those CK dresses - the red checked one really caught my eye in the email catalogue, even though I'm usually obsessed with blue...

Thanks Floss, think I'm going for the slouchy one though. Cunningly giving myself a week or so to think it over though as don't want to be too Amish.

The chicken is EPIC. Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you. FCUK the trolls who leave nasty comments. No one is forcing them to read your stuff. Unfortunately you do leave yourself open to vile commentators on a blog as it is public but stuff them - they are just wasting their clearly superior time and energy if they bother to comment, aren't they? BIZARRE. Cx

Thanks Cassanda! True no one is forced to listen to twittering blogging if they don't want...could be a useful punishment in the future though...
